Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached. Items marked as Final Sale or accessories like face masks cannot be returned due to hygiene and clearance protocols.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.
Package and Ship
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging. Drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
